Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the The Spirit of the Underground series they have produced to celebrate one of the great engineering projects of the last 200 years. This particular bottle celebrates Waterloo Station. It has been laid down in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time before there were just 257 bottles produced.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
