Edradour 10 Year Old Single Oloroso Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland region. Exclusive to Hedonism Wines, this spirit was matured entirely in a first-fill oloroso Sherry butt, resulting in a deep ruby colour and an opulent profile. It offers intense notes of Christmas cake, dark chocolate and spicy oak, balanced by the distillery’s signature creamy and nutty character. As one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries, Edradour produces a heavy spirit that stands up well to intense Sherry influence. This 10-year-old bottling is a dense and savoury expression that prioritises dried fruit intensity and textural weight.

About the Distillery:
Edradour distillery "between two rivers" is a Highland single malt whisky distillery based in Pitlochry, Perthshire. It has been owned by the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company since 2002, and was previously owned by Pernod Ricard. Signatory, founded in 1988, is primarily an independent bottler and is based in Pitlochry.
Established in 1825, the distillery was traditionally run by three men; now there are two. Eighteen casks are produced each week.
