About this bottle
The Arran 30 Year Old is the oldest official core-range expression ever released by the Lochranza Distillery on the Isle of Arran. Launched in summer 2026, this highly limited single malt marks a landmark "coming of age" milestone, containing some of the very first spirit distilled when legal production returned to the island in 1995.
Carefully selected from Sherry Hogsheads, and bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, the 30 Year Old is the oldest Arran expression ever released!
Expect bold notes of burnt orange, star anise and cinnamon on the nose, balanced by toasted oak. The palate is rich and layered with honey, ripe orchard fruits, vanilla and cloves. The finish long, sweet and full of toffee apple and orange zest.
Lot Conditions
Bottles in this auction are never classed as brand new. Boxes, bottles and packaging may carry marks or creases due to age. Please inspect the photographs closely before bidding, and contact us for an in-depth condition report: if a report is not requested, lots are sold as seen.
Given the age of the bottles and seals, the condition of the liquid is at the buyer’s discretion. Bottles can be insured against breakage or loss, not leakage.
- A 12.5% + VAT buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price.
- Payment is due within three days of the auction ending. After that, a further 5% + VAT of the hammer price is added.

Arran distillery is a whisky distillery in Lochranza, Scotland, Isle of Arran. In 1994 Arran Distillers was founded by Harold Currie, former director of Chivas and a D-Day veteran, with the intention of building a distillery on Arran.
