About this bottle
A limited edition from Macallan originally released in 2021, this special bottling celebrates The Macallan's and Sir Peter Blake's shared appreciation of beauty, nature and legacy. Famously the designer of The Beatles iconic Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band record sleeve, he is perhaps best known in the whisky world for labelling 12 bottles of the legendary Macallan 1926.
It comes displayed in a uniquely designed box inspired by Sir Peter Blake's art, alongside a certificate outlining the art's history and heritage, and Sir Peter Blake's artwork printed on a scroll.
Lot Conditions
Bottles in this auction are never classed as brand new. Boxes, bottles and packaging may carry marks or creases due to age. Please inspect the photographs closely before bidding, and contact us for an in-depth condition report: if a report is not requested, lots are sold as seen.
Given the age of the bottles and seals, the condition of the liquid is at the buyer’s discretion. Bottles can be insured against breakage or loss, not leakage.
- A 12.5% + VAT buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price.
- Payment is due within three days of the auction ending. After that, a further 5% + VAT of the hammer price is added.

About the distillery
The Macallan distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Craigellachie, Moray, Scotland. The Macallan Distillers Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Edrington, which purchased the brand from Highland Distillers in 1999.
The Macallan is generally considered to be the second or third highest-selling single-malt scotch, next to Glenfiddich and, by some accounts, Glenlivet.
