Description
Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This release was bottled exclusively for the Bimber Klub with this expression being laid down to matured in a combination of first and refill Oloroso sherry casks. There were just 1,045 bottles produced free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
