Description
Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this release is the second of a four part series called The Four Elements, bottled exclusively for Master of Malt. This peated expression has been distilled using Aberdeenshire peat and was put down to mature in a single bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 275 bottles.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
