The Macallan Distil Your World: Paris Edition is the fifth limited-edition release in a series created in collaboration with the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca. This expression is designed to capture the "gastronomic soul" of Paris, featuring a unique maturation process that includes Cognac casks—a first for The Macallan.
The flavour profile is designed to evoke Parisian patisseries and perfumeries, with a nose of almond croissants, rose, and vanilla. The palate features buttery pastry, brioche, and peach, finishing with gentle spices and oak.

About the Distillery:
The Macallan distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Craigellachie, Moray, Scotland. The Macallan Distillers Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Edrington, which purchased the brand from Highland Distillers in 1999.
The Macallan is generally considered to be the second or third highest-selling single-malt scotch, next to Glenfiddich and, by some accounts, Glenlivet.
