The Glenfarclas 25 Year Old London Edition is a special single malt scotch bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange to celebrate their 20th anniversary in 2019.
This edition is described as more elegant than the standard Glenfarclas 25. Its nose presents notes of meadow flowers, baked apples, and buttery brioche, with hints of coffee and raisins. The palate offers fruit cake, salted caramel, oak, buttery pastry, and a dry waxiness. The finish is long, featuring sweet spices, light oak char, sultanas, and a hint of hay.

About the Distillery:
Glenfarclas distillery a Speyside whisky distillery in Ballindalloch, Scotland. Glenfarclas translates as meaning valley of the green grass. The distillery is owned and run by the Grant family. The distillery has six stills which are the largest on Speyside and are heated directly by gas burners.
The distillery has a production capacity of around 4 million litres of spirit per year. Normally four stills are used for production with two kept in reserve.
