Old Monk - The Legend is the ultra-premium, top-of-the-range expression of India's iconic dark rum brand, Mohan Meakin. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, it features a well-aged blend of vatted rums matured in silver oak wood casks to deliver a smoother, more complex profile than the standard 7-year-old bottle.
The rum is highly famous for its distinctive monk’s head-shaped glass bottle. The design is sculpted to resemble H.G. Meakin, the British brewing entrepreneur who moved to India in the late 1800s and founded the company.
