Diplomatico No3 Pot Still Rum is part of a limited edition series from the La Miel distillery in Venezuela, specifically produced to highlight their copper pot still distillation method. One of only 5000 produced, the rum is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, which contributes to notes of oak, dark chocolate, and dark fruits.
