Bimber Single Cask #410/60 2025 Legacy Collection (exclusive to Legacy Founders / Founders Club members), is a premium single malt London whisky crafted by the The Bimber Distillery.
Founded in 2015, Bimber Distillery is a craft micro-distillery based in North London. They are highly regarded by collectors for their traditional production methods—using single-farm barley, on-site floor maltings, direct-fired copper pot stills, and bespoke cask aging—which yields a rich, oily, and intensely fruit-forward signature spirit.
This whisky was matured in Re-Charred casks, which are scraped and heavily charred again to rejuvenate the wood, introducing deep caramel, vanilla, and sweet oak notes to the spirit.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
