Description
Bimber Distillery 'The Manager's Cask' (Cask Ref. 20171) is aged exclusively in a Virgin Oak cask. This micro-release yielded an ultra-limited run of only 32 bottles worldwide.
Bottled at 57.5% ABV, natural colour and un-chill filtered.
While this specific 32-bottle batch is extremely rare, Bimber's Virgin Oak single casks are highly regarded for their intense, oak-forward characteristics. Full-bodied and bold, balancing vibrant honey and dark chocolate shavings with progressive wood spices and ginger.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
