The Bimber Single Cask #270/20 is a limited-edition English single malt whisky released as part of the 2024 Legacy Collection exclusively for members of the Bimber Founders' Club. This expression was distilled at London's Bimber Distillery and bottled on 6 December 2024, matured in ex- Fino Sherry casks.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
