Highly collectible, with a strictly limited run of 256 bottles, The Bimber Shoulders of Giants - Falco The Icon is a limited-edition single malt whisky released in late 2025 as an exclusive for the Austrian market. This expression is part of Bimber Distillery's ongoing "Shoulders of Giants" series, which honours world-renowned visionaries and historical figures.
Like all Bimber whiskies, it is handcrafted using traditional methods including floor malting, open-topped fermentation, and direct-fired copper pot stills. It is non-chill filtered and natural coloured.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
