Description
The Bimber - The Witch Cask #476 is a highly limited single malt English whisky that was a special Halloween 2025 release from the London-based Bimber Distillery. Handcrafted peated spirit and fully matured in a single Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry cask. It was bottled at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV.
It features a distinctive black aesthetic illustrated with an old witch over a wooden barrel, features a striking red wax-dipped seal on the bottle neck, mirroring a dripping cauldron aesthetic.
Balanced sweet smoke, honeyed lemon, salted caramel, fresh ginger, anise, and subtle wood spice.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
