Description

Bimber Single Cask #16 Founders' Collection 2019 Release, is an English single malt whisky crafted by the London-based craft micro-distillery. This expression represents the first installment in a four-part series designed to showcase the early maturation stages and growth of the distillery's fruit-forward spirit style, highly limited edition with only 200 bottles produced.

The Ex-bourbon casking delivers a mix of bitter yet desirable oak notes entwined with fruit. Mouthwatering hints of sweet grapefruit transitioning into zestier grapefruit pith, alongside a continuation of the dry cocoa elements.

    Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
