Description

The Bimber - Nickolls & Perks 225 Years is a limited-edition, single-cask English single malt whisky, matured in an ex-Ruby Port cask. It was released to celebrate the 225th anniversary of the wine and spirits merchant Nickolls & Perks.

This exclusive whisky was distilled in August 2016 and matured for 5 years and 9 months in a single ex-Ruby Port cask (Cask #40) before being bottled in May 2022.

Initial burst of sweet orange, apple, mango juice, and rich dark chocolate cake, full-bodied, rich, and syrupy with a creamy, oily mouthfeel.

  • About the Distillery:

    Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
