Description
Bimber 2017 Whisky Sponge Edition No. 45 English Single Malt Whisky bottled by Decadent Drinks. Matured for 4 years in a first-fill barrel, followed by a 10-month finish in a Brew By Numbers (BBNo) Imperial Stout barrel, one of only 257 bottles released.
This release is highly regarded for its unique and unconventional finish. The heavy stout cask leaves clear, distinctive markers on the vibrant, fruit-forward London spirit.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
