The Bimber - Abbey Whisky Oloroso Cask 125.1/9A is a rare, single cask, single malt English whisky bottled exclusively for Abbey Whisky as part of "The Rare Casks" series.
Fully matured in a single Spanish Oloroso Sherry Cask (Cask #125.1/9A), this is an extremely limited outturn of only 178 bottles globally. Textural and bold, leading with bright red berries, muscovado sugar, peppery oak, ginger, and hints of dark dates.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
