Description
This Bimber was bottled by independent bottler the Thompson Bros from cask #167 at 3 years old and at 57.9%. Yielded 266 bottles primarily for the UK market.
Thompson Bros - Named after Philip and Simon Thompson, the brothers behind the Dornoch Distillery.
This collection represents the very first independent bottling ever released from Bimber's early stocks. It was split between two highly limited first-fill bourbon barrels.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
