Description
This Bimber was bottled by independent bottler the Thompson Bros from cask #171 at 3 years old and at 57.9%. This is one of only 250 bottles released.
Thompson Bros - Named after Philip and Simon Thompson, the brothers behind the Dornoch Distillery.
This release holds significance as one of the very first independent bottlings of spirit from the craft London distillery, Bimber. Despite its young age, it is well-regarded by collectors for its thick, mature profile.
Rich and oily mouthfeel featuring a heavy tropical fruit presence (pineapple and mango), balanced out by sweet vanilla, milk chocolate, and white pepper.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
