Description

Bimber 4 Year Old (2018 Vintage) single malt English whisky, released under "The Black Cat Series" by the independent Italian bottler Whiskyfacile (Wfa)

Initially matured in an ex-bourbon cask and finished for 12 months in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry cask (Cask No. 297/17).

Limited edition run of only 280 bottles, it features a stylized illustration of a black cat with glowing eyes named "Easy", created by German artist Mitch.

A robust balance of sweet and spicy. You will taste rich raisins, dark chocolate, and licorice quickly followed by a sharp kick of black pepper, nutmeg, and light leather.

    Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
