Description

This Bimber Distillery Single Malt London Whisky, bottled by the Swiss independent bottler C. Dully Selection.

This whisky is defined by a balance between Bimber's naturally fruit-forward spirit and the active, spicy influence of the virgin oak cask. The texture is notably thick and oily. Expect a complex mix of custard, fresh herbs, and a burst of citrus. Despite the high ABV (59.5%), the wood tannins are described as "marginal" rather than overpowering, allowing a surprising delicacy.

The bottle features the signature geometric lion head emblem shared across C. Dully Selection's premium independent releases.

    Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
