Description
This limited-edition single malt was distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2017. It aged for approximately 28 to 29 years exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. It was created as a Global Traveller Exclusive, meaning it was primarily launched for international airport duty-free retail.
Because it was matured entirely in bourbon barrels without any sherry influence, it offers a distinct departure from standard older Bowmore profiles, showcasing heavy vanilla, bright tropical yellow fruits (pineapple, mango), sea minerals, and complex, matured campfire smoke.
Bottle at 47.8% ABV.
