Description
The Last Drop Release No. 42, a 60-Year-Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky. This expression was distilled at the historic, long-lost Carsebridge Distillery. Founded as a malt distillery in 1799, it later transitioned to producing high-quality grain whisky before closing its doors permanently in 1983. Sourced from Single Cask No. 160237, this ultra-aged spirit was bottled at its natural cask strength of 42.4% ABV. Grain whisky matured for six full decades is vanishingly rare, as very few casks are ever left to age for this long

The Carsebridge distillery was foundend in 1799 by John Bald. Carsebridge was first a malt distillery but was changed to grain distillery in 1851-1852.
