Description
The Macallan Concept Series is a collection of Limited annual release whiskies that combines the passion for whisky making with the passion of visionaries - bold, confident individuals who have positively disrupted the status quo with fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
This is the first in the series which has been inspired by the world of surreal art. Created from whiskies matured first in sherry-seasoned oak casks and then for an equal time in ex-bourbon casks.
This is the second in the series which has been inspired by the world of Music. Created from whiskies matured in Miguel Martin sherry-seasoned American oak casks and then for an equal time in ex-bourbon casks.
This is the third (and last) in the series and has been inspired by the world of Design. Macallan has teamed up with esteemed graphic designer David Carson, who spent time with Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan on Speyside to gain inspiration for the handmade designs

About the Distillery:
The Macallan distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Craigellachie, Moray, Scotland. The Macallan Distillers Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Edrington, which purchased the brand from Highland Distillers in 1999.
The Macallan is generally considered to be the second or third highest-selling single-malt scotch, next to Glenfiddich and, by some accounts, Glenlivet.
