About the Distillery:
The Glenlossie distillery was founded in 1876 by John Duff, a former manager of Glendronach. The distillery lies south of Legin, in the village of Thomshill. After twenty years in operation, John Duff stepped down from Glenlossie in 1896 after becoming increasingly involved in another distillery – Longmorn.
