Description

The Spirit of the Underground Collection, is an ongoing collection of single malts, that celebrate the heritage and diversity of the distillery’s home city, with each bottle featuring a different station on the London Underground network.

Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the second release of four bottles in The Spirit of the Underground series they have produced to celebrate one of the great engineering projects of the last 200 years.

This particular release celebrates London Bridge station and it has been laid down to mature in a port cask for an undisclosed length of time. Limited to just 305 bottles, it has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.

    Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
