The Spirit of the Underground Collection, is an ongoing collection of single malts, that celebrate the heritage and diversity of the distillery’s home city, with each bottle featuring a different station on the London Underground network.
OXFORD CIRCUS -This bottle has been laid down in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time before there were just 261 bottles produced at a strength of 58.8% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
VICTORIA - This bottle has been laid down in a single ex-rye cask to mature for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 271 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 58.2% abv.
BAKER STREET - This bottle has been laid down in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time before there were just 264 bottles produced at a strength of 58.1% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
CHANCERY LANE - This bottle has been laid down to mature in an ex-Madeira cask for an undisclosed length of time. Limited to just 298 bottles, it has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
PADDINGTON - This bottle has been laid down to mature in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask for an undisclosed length of time. Limited to just 314 bottles, it has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at 58.1%
LONDON BRIDGE - This bottle has been laid down to mature in a port cask for an undisclosed length of time. Limited to just 305 bottles, it has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at 57.8%
KINGS CROSS ST PANCRAS - This bottle has been laid down in ex-bourbon cask #129 and bottled in May 2021 at 58.5%. This is one of only 259 bottles produced. It has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
WATERLOO - This bottle has been laid down in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time before there were just 257 bottles produced at a strength of 58.3% abv. It has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
