A 27 year old single cask grain whisky from the closed Cambus distillery. Distilled at Cambus on the 16th September 1983 , and bottled within the Dead Whisky Society range of whiskies from cask #701513.

About the Distillery:
The Cambus distillery was founded in 1806 and produced both single malt and grain whisky (from 1823). It was one of the founders club of Distillers Company Limited (DCL) with some other grain distilleries: Port Dundas, Cameronbridge, Glenochil, Kirklison et Carsebridge) The distillery was founded by John Mowbray and was converted from a mill.
