Description
Distilled at the London based Bimber distillery, this release celebrates the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd. This expression has been put down to mature in ex-bourbon casks for for 4 years before being bottled at a strength of 51.8% abv. Part of a limited small batch release, 1,952 bottles of this whisky has been produced, as a nod to the Queens ascension to the throne in 1952.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
