Nickolls & Perks second single cask bottling with London's much-loved Bimber distillery. Released to celebrate the 225th anniversary of Nickolls & Perks, this ex-Port cask pays homage to their history of selling fine Port for well over a century. Distilled in August 2016 and matured exclusively in an ex-Ruby Port cask for 5 years and 9 months

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
