Description
Another release from the Glenfarclas Premium Edition range, this series is more commonly found on mainland Europe, though some bottles have made their way to our shores! This whisky was distilled in 1997 and left to age in Oloroso sherry casks and then bottled in 2018 at 46% ABV.

About the Distillery:
Glenfarclas distillery a Speyside whisky distillery in Ballindalloch, Scotland. Glenfarclas translates as meaning valley of the green grass. The distillery is owned and run by the Grant family. The distillery has six stills which are the largest on Speyside and are heated directly by gas burners.
The distillery has a production capacity of around 4 million litres of spirit per year. Normally four stills are used for production with two kept in reserve.
