Description
Following on from the great success of the Craigellachie 31 distillery owners John Dewar & Sons launched a Craigellachie 33 Year Old expression exclusively to the global travel retail market. It was released as part of Dewar's Exceptional Cask Series, an extremely rare collection of whiskies which will only be available in limited runs. This particular batch, #002301, was distilled in 1983 and bottled in February 2017 and is limited to 1,700 worldwide.

About the Distillery:
The Craigellachie distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Aberlour, Banffshire near the village of Craigellachie at the centre of the Speyside whisky producing area of Scotland. The name Craigellachie means 'rocky hill' and refers to the cliff that overlooks the Spey across from The Macallan distillery.
Bacardi operates the distillery through its subsidiary Dewar & Sons. Dewar & Sons also controls Royal Brackla, Aberfeldy, Aultmore, and Macduff.
