Description
The Highland Single Malt, AD/06:17 – distilled and bottled by Ardnamurchan Distillery – was chosen from a single ex-Oloroso Sherry cask on June 9, 2017 for Doddie, who passed away at the age of 52 in November last year after almost six years living with motor neuron disease.
WVA Whisky Auctions are donating all fees from the sale of this bottle to the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and will be making an additional donation of a matched sum to the charity.

About the Distillery:
Ardnamurchan distillery is owned by the independent bottling company Adelphi Distillery. Adelphi was founded in 1993, by Jamie Walker – of the Johnnie Walker family, and named after The Loch Katrine Adelphi Distillery – founded in 1826, stopped distilling in 1932 and demolished in 1971. The Ardnamurchan Distillery is situated half way along the peninsula in the small village of Glenbeg.
