A Pedro Ximenez Cask Matured 10 year old Balmenach-Glenlivet single malt. Bottled at cask strength by Cadenhead's.
Balmenach is a little-known distillery now in the hands of Inver House Distillers (a subsidiary of Pacific Spirits, owned by International Beverage Holdings), who bought it in 1997 from United Distillers (Diageo).
