Description
This Aqua Vitae is made using the finest Malt Spirit, that has been matured in the Duke Of York's hand selected Thiron Cask, Sourced from the Thiron Gardais. The earliest Aqua Vitae that was made in Lindorres Abbey would have been made by Tironensian Monks who are descended from the Thiron Gardais. Lindorres Abbey felt that this marriage of their finest quality maturing spirit and botanical, grown amongst the Abbey grounds, makes for a truly exceptional expression of Aqua Vitae.
