BIMBER - THE CORONATION OF KING CHARLES III EDITION - A unique marriage of American oak ex-bourbon and ex-Bordeaux red wine casks. This special release marking the Coronation of King Charles III is Bimber’s first expression crafted from a unification of multiple wood types. The base of ex-bourbon matured Bimber embodies their textural, fruit-forward house style, whilst a sympathetic addition of single malt whisky fully matured in red wine sourced from Bordeaux adds both additional structure and complementary flavours of plump berries, shaved chocolate and tanned leather. This celebration edition is bottled at 52.2% ABV is presented with a gift tube adorned with an array of illustrations drawing from the life and passions of King Charles III and his accession to the throne. One of 1400 bottles.

BIMBER 2018 4 YEAR OLD - THE QUEENS PLATINUM JUBILEE 2022 - Distilled at the London based Bimber distillery, this release celebrates the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd. This expression has been put down to mature in ex-bourbon casks for for 4 years before being bottled at a strength of 51.8% abv. Part of a limited small batch release, 1,952 bottles of this whisky has been produced, as a nod to the Queens ascension to the throne in 1952.
