Description
This award-winning whisky from Balcones has been made from 100% rye, with the mashbill containing 8-% raw Elbon grain from Northwest Texas. Aged in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof, expect a rich and chocolatey rye. It was distilled in copper pot stills and released to mark the distillery's 10th anniversary.
