This remarkable gin is named for our famous India Blue Peacock, Trevor. After we distilled the gin, Trevor would feast on the botanicals when we removed them from the pot. With his discerning approval we moved forward in creating a unique gin style. In the first competition, the El Gin® won a Gold medal and finished in the top 10. Followed by several 90+, further Gold and Silver Outstanding showings.
