Description

The first release of The Four Elements Collection is 'Fire'. Flames and heat have a crucial impact on the dynamics and intensity of Bimber's casks and therefore also on the personality of their London single malt whisky. This single cask has been selected to showcase the active but sympathetic interaction between Bimber’s fruit-forward, textural spirit with heavily charred American oak virgin casks.

    Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
