Description
The name Sawanotsuru literally means ‘crane of the swamp’. The quality of the water used in sake production and the method used to prepare the rice for fermentation are both critical in determining the style of the sake produced.
Sawanotsuru Deluxe Sake is an ideal intro sake, thanks to its clean, crisp flavour and mid-level intensity. It’s made from a blend of Yamada Nishiki and Gohyaku Mangoku sake rice. Dry, light, and fragrant, with notes of peach, melon, cherry blossom, it’s best served chilled.
