The core wine production area is the middle reaches of the Chishui River. It uses high-quality waxy sorghum, wheat, and water as raw materials, and adheres to the traditional pure grain solid-state fermentation process for brewing. The products are selected from cellared old wines and high-quality base wines of different years, and are carefully selected by a team of liquor brewing experts.
