This small batch release of bourbon whisky comes from Willett Distillery in Kentucky. The whiskey is made from a blend of selected handpicked barrels that are aged for a minimum of 12 years in charred oak barrels. The name "XO" stands for "extra old", which is a designation typically used for aged cognac. The use of this term is intended to convey the exceptional quality and complexity of the whiskey.
