The Foursquare distillery in Barbados produces some exceptional rum, both under its own name and also with a range of different brand labels. The keen-eyed rum fans out there might be able to spot more than a few references here, with parrots, seals, star trek characters, and even packets of crisps to be found on the label of this indie bottling from That Boutique-y Rum Company. A classic combo of pot and column distilled rum, blended then aged for 13 years, beginning in Barbados, and finishing in the UK. Batch 6 is a release of 352 bottles.
