Description
Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the Shoulders of Giants series they have produced to celebrate to pay homage to the thinkers, innovators and visionaries of bygone days whose contributions still resonate now. This particular release celebrates the mathematician, Sir Issac Newton and was put down to mature in a single ex-first fill American oak ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 257 bottles.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
