Description
Bruichladdich's Rock'ndaal has become something to look forward to each year during the Feis Ile festival that happens on Scotland's Islay, home to some of the most iconic Scotch distilleries, often known for their signature smoky peatiness.
Bruichladdich itself is famously unpeated, but with its peaty and super peaty siblings Port Charlotte and Octomore, have created a massive following of whisky lovers!
Peated to approximately 40 ppm Port Charlotte unsurprisingly exhibits many of the Bruichladdich characteristics - floral, through grassy and malty, with fresh salinity - supported by firm smoke and subtle vegetal undertones.
Released for Feis Ile 2024 and one of only 1500 bottles produced.
