This Barbados distillery, run by Richard Seale, combines tradition and modernity by using a double-twisted pot still. This rare and precious equipment allows for meticulous distillation, capturing all the richness of the aromas.
The Habitation Velier Foursquare White High Esters is distinguished by its unique production process. This rum is the result of a daring blend: on the one hand, molasses fermented using farmed yeasts and, on the other hand, pure cane juice fermented with indigenous yeasts. This singular combination gives rise to a rum with intense and complex aromas, offering a unique taste experience.
