Glenfiddich’s Grand Chateau is a 31 Year Old Single Malt Scotch whisky, matured in American and European oak before being finished for an extended nine years in Bordeaux casks from the French wine-growing region, as part of the Grand Series Limited Edition Collection.
This limited edition whisky is being released as a part of The Glenfiddich Grand Series, a collection that celebrates the unexpected collision between single malt and cultures from around the world. This liquid tells the tale of two worlds, the winding River Fiddich and its French counterpart, drawing inspiration and character from the two, to create one exceptional liquid.

About the Distillery:
The Glenfiddich Distillery was founded in 1886 by William Grant in Dufftown, Scotland, in the glen of the River Fiddich. The Glenfiddich single malt whisky first ran from the stills on Christmas Day, 1887. In the 1920s, with prohibition in force in the US, Glenfiddich was one of a very small number of distilleries to increase production.
