Description
The Suntory Hibiki 40 Year Old is an ultra-rare, limited-edition Japanese blended whisky that is considered a masterpiece of blending and craftsmanship. Only 400 bottles were released globally in late 2024, making it highly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs.
The whisky is housed in an exquisite 30-faceted crystal decanter crafted by Kagami Crystal (a supplier to the Japanese imperial family), featuring traditional Japanese maki-e (gold lacquer and mother-of-pearl inlay). The decanter comes in a handcrafted wooden box made from 12 different Japanese woods, symbolizing the 12 months of the year, and adorned with seasonal motifs.
